DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR ENROLLMENT

Letter of application, which specifies the exclusive dedication to the completion of the postgraduate program.

Format of interview answered and signed by the applicant. The format will be provided by the postgraduate coordinator on the day of the interview previously scheduled.

Bachelor's degree or professional examination certificate.

Curriculum vitae.

Two letters of recommendation.
APPLICATION PROCESS

Aspirants will be required to pass an English-Language Exam.

Aspirants should take and pass the subjects taught during the preparatory course. This course will consist of 4 weekly courses (biostatistics, biochemistry, molecular biology and ecology). An examination will be made at the end of each course to evaluate the candidate's progress. The courses will be taught by Academic Staff of the Master in Biotechnology and Natural Resources Management with the purpose of standardizing the academic level of the aspirants.

Aspirants should pass the EXANI (the state examination for admission to higher education) exam.

To present and defend orally his preliminary research project before the committee of admission of the postgraduate degree, who will evaluate her/his presentation and originality of the project, as well as his/her understanding about the matter. The admission committee will be made up of members of the academic staff and invited researchers members of the Mexicos's National System of Researchers (SNI).
ASPIRANTS FOR THE MASTER DEGREE PROGRAM ACCEPTED BY THE CORRESPONDING ADMISSION COMMITTEE
The corresponding admission committee will evaluate the examinations submitted by the applicant. The academic committee of the postgraduate degree program will dictate the acceptance based on the results obtained in the previous evaluations. The results will be published in the CICB-UAT website (http://www.cicb-uatx.com/maestria).
MASTER DEGREE REGISTRATION
In order to enroll the master degree program, the aspirant must fulfil the administrative requirements laid down in the Regulations for Academic Evaluation of the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala.
