PROFILE OF ENTRANCE

 

The aspirant for this postgraduate program must have a degree related to the chemical-biological areas, for example; biology, biochemical engineering, food engineering, environmental science, agronomic engineering, agrotechnology, biotechnology engineering and environmental engineering, among others.

 

PROFILE OF GRADUATION

 

The MSc in Biotechnology and Natural Resources Management will be able to identify problems and / or possibilities of application of the knowledge acquired, as well as to propose solutions applying biotechnological methodologies to contribute to the scientific and technological development of the country. He/she takes advantage of the natural resources promoting the care of the environment, spreading knowledge in oral and written forms.

The MSc in Biotechnology and Natural Resources Management will be able to perform in the industrial and governmental areas as well as in the field of research and teaching, and alternatively can continue with his/her PhD studies.
